    摘要:

    研究了不同浓度(5,10,20,40 g/L)的花椒叶浸提液对供试植物紫云英的种子萌发、幼苗根长及生理生化的影响,探究花椒化感作用的可能机理,从而为全面了解花椒林草间作种间关系及为农林复合经营和科学栽培提供理论依据。结果表明:1)花椒叶浸提液对紫云英种子萌发和幼苗根长均具有不同程度的抑制作用,且作用强度与浓度呈正相关(P<0.05);2)随浸提液浓度升高,紫云英幼苗体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均显著降低,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和超氧阴离子自由基(O2-)含量表现为先降后升,丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)和可溶性糖含量则显著升高,而苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性则表现为先升后降。综上,花椒叶浸提液主要通过抑制紫云英体内防御酶活性,并产生对其细胞结构和功能伤害而发挥其化感效应。

    Abstract:

    Allelopathy is one of the important factors that affect the relationship between forest and grass intercropping species.To explore the possible mechanism of Zanthoxylum bungeanum allelopathic effect,so as to fully understand the interspecies relationship of Zanthoxylum bungeanum forest and grass intercropping,and provide a theoretical basis for agroforestry management and scientific cultivation.The effects of different concentrations(5 g/L,10 g/L,20 g/L,40 g/L) of the extract from Zanthoxylum bungeanum leaves on seed germination,seedling root length and physiology and biochemistry of the tested plant Astragalus sinicus were studied.The results showed that:1) The extract from Zanthoxylum bungeanum leaves had varying degrees of inhibition on the seed germination and seedling root length of Astragalus sinicus,and the strength of the action was generally positively correlated with the concentration(P<0.05); 2) With the concentration of the extract increased the concentration of the extract superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in Astragalus sinicus,seedlings was significantly reduced,and catalase(catalase,CAT) and superoxide anion free radical(O2-) activities both decreased first and then increased,malondialdehyde(MDA),proline(proline,Pro) and soluble sugar content increased significantly,while the activity of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL) increased first and then decreased.According to the above,The extract from Zanthoxylum bungeanum leaves exerts its allelopathic effect mainly by inhibiting the activity of defensive enzymes in Astragalus sinicus and causing damage to its cell structure and function.
