Abstract:In order to clarify interaction mechanism between naked barley and Fusarium avenaceum ,two varieties,NQK-01-03 and Ganqing Ⅱ,were used as materials and Illumina HiSeq Xten was used as the platform tosequence the transcriptome of stem base part before inoculation,20 days and 40 days after inoculation.After thequality control of sequencing,112.97 Gb Clean data were obtained from the stem base part of naked barley.Through the annotation of gene expression,a total of 4280 DEGs were obtained,of which 2 037 were up-regulatedand 2 243 were down-regulated.The annotated information was obtained by comparing the BLAST softwarewith the database COG,GO,KEGG,KOG,NCBI-NR,Pfam,Swiss-Prot and eggNOG database.The most annotatedUnigene in the NCBI-NR database was 3981,accounting for 13.79% of the total annotated genes.Therewere 5 enrichment metabolic pathways with Q-value ≤ 0.05 threshold.The KEGG pathway of differentially expressedgenes mainly concentrated on phenylalanine metabolism,isoquinoline alkaloids biosynthesis,tyrosinemetabolism,phenylpropyl biosynthesis and photosynthesis antenna proteins.GO annotation system includedthree main branches,biological process,cellular component and molecular function.The number of new genes annotated by eggNOG and NCBI-NR were 1833 and 2396 respectively,accounting for 59.22% and 77.42%.Theinteraction mechanism between naked barley and F.avenaceum was preliminarily revealed at the transcriptionallevel.
