Abstract:The contents of nutrients in soil and leaf of Platanus orientalis in 4 districts of Lanzhou City weredetermined and the relationship was analyzed in order to provide reasonable fertilization regime.The resultsshowed that 1) The contents of RWC,total P and Cu in leaf were higher in summer than in autumn,but Ca andMg were opposite;pH and available N content in soil were higher in autumn than in summer,and the contentsof available P,available K,exchangeable Ca,exchangeable Mg,available Cu and available Fe were higher in summerthan in autumn.2) The soil was generally alkaline and its nutritional status was poor especially in AnningDistrict,where the contents of organic matter,available N,available P,available K,exchangeable Ca and exchangeableMg in soil were very low.And the leaf nutritional status was relatively poor.3) There was a significantnegative correlation between Ca and P in leaf,and there was a negative correlation between soil pH andmost soil nutrients,such as available P,available Fe and organic matter.
