Abstract:Eight bacteria strains were isolated from the rhizospheric soil of Carex alnotificifolia in alpinegrassland in Qinghai Province.Among them,1T5 could not grow after several transfers at 28℃.The antagonisticfunction of the other 7 strains of bacteria was evaluated and identified. The results showed that only 1T4 and1T8 performed good inhibitory effect on the indicator fungi, accounting for 25% of the total isolates, and the inhibitoryrate ranged from 54.3% to 75.7%.In which, the inhibition ratios of 1T4 on Alternaria solani,Phomafoveata,Colletotrichum coccodes and Fusarium avenaceum were 67.1 %,61.4%,75.7% and 69.2%,respectively.The inhibition ratios of 1T8 against A .solani and P .foveata were 65.7% and 54.3%,1T8 had no inhibitoryeffect on C.coccodes and F.avenaceum ,respectively;Other bacteria, like 1T1,1T2,1T3,1T6 and 1T7 hadno antagonistic effect on 4 indicator fungi;According to the culture characteristics and morphological characteristics, combining with 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis, the soil bacteria 1T4 was identified as Bacillusamyloliquefaciens,1T8 as Staphylococcus saprophyticus.
