    以甘农2号小黑麦和小黑麦新品系P4为试验材料,石大1号小黑麦(CK1)和中饲1048小黑麦(CK2)为对照,测定低温胁迫(0℃、-10℃、-20℃、-30℃)供试材料的可溶性糖,脯氨酸和丙二醛含量,以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,以评价甘农2号小黑麦抗寒性强弱。结果表明:小黑麦材料间除P4的MDA 含量(0.29 μmol/g)显著高于其他3个材料外,其他指标均无显著差异;随着低温胁迫加剧,小黑麦叶片的可溶性糖在-20℃时最高,脯氨酸含量在-10℃时最高,MDA 含量和SOD,POD和CAT 活性均在-30℃时最高;从小黑麦材料×低温胁迫交互作用分析,抗寒性相关生理指标均存在极显著差异,在0℃和-10℃时,CK2 的各项抗寒性生理指标显著高于甘农2号小黑麦和小黑麦品系P4,但随着低温胁迫程度加剧,甘农2号小黑麦和小黑麦P4的脯氨酸含量,SOD,POD,CAT活性迅速上升,甘农2号小黑麦和小黑麦品系P4表现出较强的抗寒性。总体的变化趋势为CK1 的各项生理指标均低于CK2,说明CK1 的抗寒性低于CK2。基于隶属函数的综合评价也同样表明,甘农2号小黑麦的抗寒性最强,其次为P4,CK1 和CK2 的抗寒性较弱。

    Abstract:

    The cold resistance of Triticale wittmack cv.Gannong No.2 and new line P4 was evaluated by usingTriticale wittmack cv.Shida No.1 (CK1) and Zhongsi 1048 (CK1) as the control.Parameters including thecontents of soluble sugar,proline and MDA,and activities of SOD,POD and CAT were determined at differentlow temperature treatments (0℃,-10℃,-20℃,-30℃).Results showed that no significant differences existedamong the triticale materials except for the MDA content of P4,which was significantly higher than that ofthe other materials.Along with the cold stress,the contents of soluble sugar and proline in triticale leaf reachedthe highest at -20℃ and -10℃ respectively,but for the MDA content,activities of SOD,POD and CAT,thehighest values were obtained at -30℃.Based on the interaction between triticale materials and low temperaturestress days,there were significant differences in physiological indexes related to cold resistance.When the temperaturevaried from 0℃ to -10℃,the physiological indexes of cold resistance of CK2 were significantly higherthan Gannong No.2 and P4,but along with the cold stress,the contents of proline,SOD,POD and CAT in GannongNo.2 and P4 increased rapidly,and these two materials showed strong cold resistance.In general,all physiologicalindexes of CK1 were lower than CK2,indicating that the cold resistance of CK1 was lower than CK2.Comprehensive evaluation showed that Gannong No.2 had the strongest cold resistance,followed by line P4,andthe cold resistance of CK1 and CK2 was poor.
