    摘要:

    对14 种绿肥植物的种子在萌发期进行盐胁迫(NaCl浓度分别为50,100,150 和200mmol/L),采用纸上发芽法,测定了发芽势、发芽率、根长和苗高等4个指标,计算了各指标的相对值,并运用加权隶属函数法评价各绿肥植物种子的耐盐性。结果表明:盐胁迫下14种绿肥植物种子发芽势、发芽率、根长和苗高的变异系数都随着NaCl浓度的升高而呈不同程度的增加;50 mmol/L低盐胁迫对部分绿肥植物发芽势(4种)、发芽率(5种)、根长(3种)和苗高(9种)具有促进作用,150,200 mmol/L高盐胁迫对14种绿肥植物萌发和幼苗的生长均有不同程度的抑制作用,对根的抑制大于苗。利用隶属函数对14种绿肥植物种子萌发期的耐盐性强弱进行了分析,50 mmol/L轻度耐盐的有画眉草、鼠茅草、紫花苜蓿等9种;100 mmol/L中度耐盐的有画眉草、小黑麦、萝卜等5种;150 mmol/L高耐盐植物有黑麦草、芜菁甘蓝、萝卜等6种;200 mmol/L重度耐盐的有小黑麦、黑麦草、芜菁甘蓝和菊苣4种。

    Abstract:

    The germination characteristics salt tolerance of 14 species of green manure plants under differentsalt stress ( 50,100,150 and 200 mmol/L,NaCl) were comprehensively evaluated based on germination potential,germination rate,root length and shoot height.The weighted membership function method was used to evaluatethe salt tolerance.The results showed that the variation coefficients of germination potential,germinationrate,root length and shoot height of 14 species increased at different degrees with the increase of NaCl concentration.Low salt stress (50 mmol/L) promoted the germination potential (4 species),germination percentage(5 species),root length (3 species) and shoot height (9 species).High salt stress (≥150 mmol/L) inhibitedthe germination and seedling growth of 14 species in varying degrees,while the inhibition of root length washigher than that of shoot height.According to the comprehensive evaluation,9 species were suitable for mild saline-alkali land (50 mmol/L),including Eragrostis pilosa,Vulpia myuros and Medicago sativa.5 species weresuitable for moderate saline-alkali land (100 mmol/L),including Eragrostis pilosa,Triticum secale and Raphanussativus.6 species were suitable for high saline-alkali land (150 mmol/L),including Lolium perenne,Brassicanapobrassica and Raphanus sativus.4 species were suitable for severe saline-alkali land (200 mmol/L),includingTriticum secale,Lolium perenne,Brassica napobrassica and Cichorium intybus.
