    摘要:

    为研究匍匐翦股颖HSP26.7基因启动子在植物抗逆方面的功能,克隆了匍匐翦股颖的一个小热激蛋白HSP26.7基因的启动子并进行了序列分析;构建了同时具有该启动子序列和GUS报告基因的植物表达载体,并通过农杆菌侵染法转化拟南芥植株。结果显示:该启动子存在HSE,ABRE等响应高温和其他胁迫的调控元件,受高温胁迫强烈诱导,且该启动子活性在生殖器官中较高。推断HSP26.7基因可能参与了植物高温胁迫的响应和生殖器官的发育过程。

    Abstract:

    In order to understand the function of HSP26.7 gene promoter in plant stress response,the HSP26.7 promoter in Agrostis stolonifera was cloned,and its sequence was analyzed;a plant expression vector containing both the promoter sequence and the GUS reporter gene was constructed,and the Arabidopsis thaliana was transformed by Agrobacterium infection.Results showed that the HSP26.7 promoter contained HSE,ABRE and other cis-elements in response to high temperature and other stresses.The HSP26.7 promoter and GUS fusion construct was then introduced into Arabidopsis thaliana. Histochemical analysis of transgenic plants showed that HSP26.7 promoter was significantly induced by high temperature stress and the GUS was mainly found in floral organ under heat stress treatment.Our results suggested that HSP26.7 might be involved in the response to high temperature stress and the development of reproductive organs in plants.
