    以乌苏1号无芒雀麦(Bromus inermis cv.WusuNo.1)为材料,研究灌浆期喷施GA3对无芒雀麦农艺性状和种子产量的影响。以清水(CK)和浓度分别为10、20、30和40 mg/L的外源GA3叶面喷施处理灌浆期的无芒雀麦,并测定处理后无芒雀麦的分蘖数、叶长、叶宽、株高、生殖枝、小穗数、花序长、种子数、千粒重和产量等指标。结果表明:叶面喷施低浓度GA3,显著增加了无芒雀麦种子数、小穗数、千粒重及产量,其中喷施10 mg/L外源GA3对提高种子产量最为明显,较对照增产35.94%。

    Abstract:

    This study investigated the effects of exogenous application of GA3 on agronomic characteristics and seed yield of B.inermis cv.Wusu No.1 during grain filling.Exogenous GA3 at the concentration of 10,20,30 and 40 mg/L were sprayed on the leaves of smooth brome at grain filling stage,with the water as the control.Tiller number,leaf length,leaf width,plant height,reproductive branch,spikelet number,inflorescence length,seed number and 1000-grain weight were measured.The results showed that the exogenous application of GA3 to leaves at low concentrations significantly increased tiller number,seed number,spikelet number,1000-grain weight and yield,with the most significant effects observed at 10 mg/L at which seed yield increased by 35.96% compared with the control.
