    摘要:

    污泥可用作土壤改良剂和生物肥料,改善绿地土壤的理化性质,促进植物的生长。以草地早熟禾品种午夜作为试验材料,研究水分胁迫下,添加污泥、吲哚丁酸和色氨酸的不同处理对草地早熟禾生长及土壤微生物的影响。结果表明:施用污泥能有效缓解草地早熟禾光合速率和相对含水量的下降,提高其耐旱性,同时污泥能显著提高土壤微生物量碳,土壤微生物的丰度及群落多样性,在污泥中加入色氨酸比单独施用污泥或色氨酸对草坪草的耐旱性能产生更显著的影响。

    Abstract:

    Biosolids can improve the physical and chemical properties of soil, and promote the growth of plant.Bluegrass cv.midnight were used to study the effects of biosolids,indolebutyric acid and tryptophan on the growth of kentucky bluegrass and soil microorganisms under drought stress.The results showed that the application of biosolids could effectively alleviate the reduction in photosynthetic rate and relative water content of kentucky bluegrass,improve its drought tolerance,and significantly improve soil microbial biomass carbon,soil microbial abundance and community diversity.The addition of tryptophan to the biosolids had a more significant effect on the drought resistance of lawn grass than with biosolids or tryptophan alone.
