    为探究矩镰荚苜蓿(Medicago archiducis-nicolai)地下茎扩展性的影响因子,选择祁连山东段高山草原野生矩镰荚苜蓿根茎为材料,在原生境下,设置不同的覆草厚度(0,1和3 cm)、种植深度(5,10 cm)和根茎切段长度(10,20 cm)共12个处理,通过观测根茎成苗后新根茎发生特性、数量、地上和地下生物量等,分析了不同栽培措施对矩镰荚苜蓿根茎生长特征和扩展能力的影响。结果显示:不同覆草厚度下,矩镰荚苜蓿的新根茎数、根茎扩展最大距离、地上生物量、地下生物量均存在显著差异,且对每个测试指标而言,影响效果均表现为盖0>盖3>盖1。在种植方式上,种植深度和片段长度对地上生物量有显著影响,依次为20×10>10×10>20×5>10×5,但对于衡量根茎扩展能力的各指标均没有显著影响,表明本试验选择的种植方式均是矩镰荚苜蓿根茎的适宜繁殖条件。综合分析表明,无覆草、片段长度20 cm、种植深度10 cm的种植方式可以实现矩镰荚苜蓿根茎扩展的最优化。

    Abstract:

    Inorder to investigate the factors affecting the rhizome expansion of Medicago archiducis-nicolai.A total of 12 treatments with different mulch thickness (0 cm,1 cm,3 cm),planting depth (5 cm,10 cm) and rhizome cutting length (10 cm,20 cm) were selected for the experiment in the Qilian Mountains east.The effects of different cultivation measures on the growth characteristics and expansion capacity of rhizome of Medicago archiducis-nicolaiwere analyzed by observing the characteristics,number and Above-ground biomass and below-ground biomass of new rhizome after rhizome establishment.The results showed that the number of new rhizomes,maximum distance of rhizome extension,aboveground biomass and belowground biomass of Medicago archiducis-nicolai were significantly different under different mulch thicknesses,and for each tested index,the effect was shown as cover 0>cover 3>cover 1.In terms of planting method,planting depth and segment length had significant effects on above-ground biomass,in the order of 20×10 >10×10>20×5>10×5,but had no significant effects on any of the indicators measuring rhizome expansion capacity,indicating that all the planting methods selected in this experiment were suitable propagation conditions for Medicago archiducis-nicolai rhizomes.The comprehensive analysis showed that the planting method of no mulch,segment length of 20 cm and planting depth of 10 cm could optimize the rhizome expansion of Medicago archiducis-nicolai.
