温度对不同品种紫花苜蓿种子发芽特征的影响

Effect of temperature on germination characteristics of different alfalfa varieties

为了解不同品种紫花苜蓿在低温下的发芽表现,采用常规纸上发芽法,测定了20个紫花苜蓿品种在4、8和20 ℃下的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、平均发芽时间等发芽指标,并采用打分法对其在低温下的发芽表现进行综合评价。结果表明:随着温度的降低,各品种的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数以及苗长显著降低,发芽时间延长。相对发芽率、相对发芽指数、相对活力指数、相对苗长之间均极显著正相关,与相对平均发芽时间均呈显著负相关。综合评价结果为,8 ℃时,巨能418Q、SG403、巨能耐湿、中苜3号、4020MF、SG402等6个品种的总得分为50以上;4 ℃时,只有巨能耐盐得分在50以上,为57分。

Abstract:

To study the germination performance of alfalfa at low temperatures,the germination rate,the germination potential,the germination index,the vigor index,the average germination time and the vigor index of 20 alfalfa varieties were determined by conventional paper germination method at 4 ℃,8 ℃ and 20 ℃.The results showed that as the germination temperature decreased the germination rate,the germination potential,the germination index,the vigor index and the seedling length of each variety decreased significantly,and the germination time prolonged significantly.The relative germination rate,the relative germination index,the relative vigor index and the relative seedling length were significantly positively correlated,while were significantly negatively correlated with the relative average germination time.The comprehensive evaluation results showed that at 8 ℃ six varieties including Juneng 418Q,SG403,Junengnaishi,Zhongmu No.3,4020MF,and SG402 were scored over 50.At 4 ℃,only Junengnaiyan achieved a cold tolerance score of 57,above 50.
