    【目的】研究假单胞菌属的溶解无机磷能力,以获得性状优良的菌株资源。【方法】将从植物根际分离的 8 株细菌接种于 PKO 培养基,采用钼锑钪比色法定量分析、分子生物学鉴定和半固体植物接种试验,探究了细菌溶无机磷能力和对黑麦草的促生作用,并对菌株进行初步鉴定。【结果】8 株细菌在 PKO 液体培养基培养 10 d 后,溶解无机磷量在 329. 39~479. 09 μg/mL,其中菌株 MPD4 溶磷量最高;8 株细菌均归属于假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas sp.)。【结论】与对照相比,8 株细菌均可有效促进黑麦草的生长发育。

    Abstract:

    【Objective】 Study the ability of Pseudomonas to dissolve inorganic phosphorus and obtain strain resources with excellent characters.【Method】 Eight strains of bacteria isolated from plant rhizosphere were inoculated into PKO medium and quantitative analysis was conducted using molybdenum antimony scandium method and molecular biology identification. Semisolid plant inoculation test was conducted to explore bacterial strain ability to dissolve inorganic phosphorus and promote the growth of ryegrass. Preliminary identification was carried out.【Result】The dissolved inorganic phosphorus contents of eight bacterial strains were between 329. 39 and 479. 09 μg/mL after culturing in PKO liquid medium for 10 d,of the eight strains,strain MPD4 had the highest amount of dissolved phosphorus. All eight bacterial strains belonged to the genus Pseudomonas.【Conclusion】 The plant inoculation test showed that compared with the blank control,the eight strains could effectively promote the growth and development of ryegrass. This study provides an excellent strain resource for the further exploration of the growth-promoting effect of Pseudomonas phosphate-solubilizing bacteria and the production of microbial fertilizers.
