    摘要:

    【目的】 研究不同多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne)种质耐铝性差异,筛选优质耐铝种质资源。 【方法】 收集自4个国家的7份多年生黑麦草种质为试验材料,以20 mmol/L AlCl3 处理28 d,测定并分析其生长和生理指标,并对7份材料的耐铝性进行比较。【结果】 与对照相比,PI220597、PI189391、 PI502413株高显著低于对照;PI502413、PI287856、PI287855、PI287854株高与对照差异不明显。与对照相比,所有材料地上部鲜重均下降,其中PI287854降幅最大;所有材料枯叶数显著上升;除PI502413 外,其余材料分蘖数均减少;叶宽、叶长保持稳定或小幅降低。在20 mmol/L AlCl3 处理下,7份材料的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性上升、过氧化物酶(POD)活性降低、脯氨酸含量和地上部Al3+含量增加。 【结论】 主成分分析结果显示,7份材料耐铝性强弱依次为:SecaleCerale> PI502413> PI220597> PI287854> PI189391> PI287856> PI287855。

    Abstract:

    【Objective】 To investigate the variations in aluminum tolerance among diverse perennial ryegrass (Loliumperenne) germplasms and explore high-quality aluminum-tolerant germplasm resources.【Method】 In this research,seven perennial ryegrass germplasms collected from five countries were employed as experimental materials and were treated with 20 mmol/L AlCl3 for 28 days. Subsequently,their growth and physiological indicators were measured and analyzed,and the aluminum tolerance of the seven materials was compared.【Result】 The findings indi cated that in contrast to the control,the plant heights of PI220597,PI189391,and PI502413 were markedly lower than that of the control;the plant heights of PI502413,PI287856,PI287855,and PI287854 did not exhibit a signifi cant difference from the control. Compared with the control,the fresh weight of the aboveground parts of all the mate rials decreased,among which the decrease of PI287854 was the most significant; the number of dead leaves of all the materials increased significantly;except for PI502413,the tiller numbers of the other materials declined; the leaf widths and leaf lengths remained stable or decreased slightly. Under the treatment of 20 mmol/L AlCl3 ,the activities of catalase (CAT) of the seven materials rose,the activities of peroxidase (POD) declined,and the proline content and the content of Al3+ in the aboveground parts increased.【Conclusion】 The results of principal component analysis revealed that the order of aluminum tolerance of the seven materials was: SecaleCerale> PI502413 > PI220597 > PI287854 > PI189391 > PI287856 > PI287855.
